About Us
Pat and Chris have over 35 years combined experience in construction and engineering, and are complimented by a staff of some of the best carpenters in the business.
Pat Dowty
Pat and his wife Jackie started Dowty Construction in 2006. Pat and Jackie have 7 children together and reside in Morgantown, IN. Pat has been through the carpenter's apprenticeship program and has a bachelor degree in Industrial Technology from Eastern Illinois University. Pat is a full time firefighter with the Wayne Township Fire Department. Pat also serves as the head wrestling coach for Indian Creek High School.
Chris Dowty
Chris and Mary reside in Franklin, IN. Chris served in the U.S. Air Force where he specialized in Civil Engineering. Chris and Mary enjoy playing their hand in real estate and construction by adding value to existing properties through creative renovations and skilled home designs.
